Why the hell does this matter so much? Why aren't yall talking about something else much more important, such as our 1st win under Rivera and/or what we should do to beat Julius Penis & the Bears next week?

because we all want him to succeed and are wondering when the hell he is going to contribute more.

In the punt return game you're not gonna get much blocking , that's just how it is . Most of the time when you catch the ball you got one or two guys already staring you in the face . Punt return is 80% of the player making something happen on their own . You put a real punt return man back there and you'll see the difference . Armanti is not

I have watched Edwards' performance in each game. I am a fan of his & would love to see him contribute to the Panthers.

He's had very few returns. I can't think of a single fair catch or wave-off where he made a bad decision. He's handled every catch cleanly, so far (knock on wood). He had one decent 15-20 yd return nullified by a penalty. His best return was about 15 yds in the last game.

Those he's tried to return, he's been covered up so fast, he had little chance to escape. That said, those where he's been caught right away, he's moved laterally first, trying to get the first guy to miss, just not been able to sell it well enough.

Hopefully, he'll get the chance soon to field a punt with a little space where he can get moving forward. I think that if he gets some room and forward momentum, he'll surprise some people.

I keep my fingers crossed that I am right.

Why is our receiver who's behind Smith, Lafell, Legs, Olsen, Shockey for pass catching options not getting more catches?!?!?!?!?! Seriously guys can't we just line up 7 receivers?!?! Some of you are fuging stupid.

It's not his fault where he was drafted but with that comes expectations. Forgive me for thinking that a 33rd overall pick (the one given up) should actually start contributing more in his second year.

I would guess that Armanti returning kick returns has much more to do with people above Rivera. Whether he sucked or blew it up there would be idiots here in the huddle arguing who was right. Who fuging cares.

Fact: As of now he is not contributing enough and if he is going to take 3-4 years to develop he should have never been chosen so early. It's stupid to blame him for that, I am sure he is putting all efforts into becoming successful so I support him fully. It is the FO that should be blamed on this one. Maybe they are jut too homerish to see past it.

The coached have given him plenty of chances in preseason and he fuged them up why would they risk that in a game? Although I must say he should be alternating with Nannee (sp) because he isn't much better.

Who exactly do you think he should be getting reps instead of? The only person you could argue for is Legs, He's not going to take reps from Smith, or Lafell. He'll probably get more reps as the season goes along to spell people as the season starts to take it's toll, and hopefully he'll get to shine, but we have enough receivers right now that his time is limited.
