And I agree with everything both of you are saying. But facts is facts:

1. There is/are a reason(s) the coaching staff has not put him on the field.

2. Legedu Naane was a free agent acquisition with a questionable work ethic who walked into camp and is starting ahead of Edwards.

3. Gettis went down and Edwards still doesn't see playing time.

He can't get the job even by sheer attrition numbers. He can't get picked last on the playground when he's the only one still standing there waiting to be picked...

naane is starting ahead of everyone but steve smith. does that mean everyone else is not fit to play in the NFL too?

The reason that Legs is starting has been gone over and over by this point, if you still don't know why then you're just badly informed about your team, plain and simple. He knows the system, he helps in the huddle and with the receivers on the line to make sure that everyone understands their jobs for the plays. It has been stated as such by both players and coaching staff that he provides this role, which is invaluable to Cam at this point. That is why he is starting, plain and simple.

People using the "well Armanti can't beat out Legs for starting job he must suck derp derp", are fuging retarded because no one on our roster can beat him out for this very reason.

im not saying he's going to be a good nfl player or a bad one. im saying he's a rookie project that got thrown into a bad situation and everyone said they were going to give him a clean slate this season but clearly that's not the case here.

we paid too much for him, we get it, for love of god we get it. no one is arguing with you about that. just let it go.

then you have to say goodson and peloha stink too because none of them have played any better yet. they are all at the bottom of the return game.
