Armanti Edwards

If he showed anything in practice you think Rivera would hesitate to put him in the lineup?

I would hope not.

But some people are "gamers." I never really understood that term, but it seems to be relevant even in the NFL.

What I am saying is that AE needs to be on the field in a game as a WR. If he can't show things in practice, fine. But he needs to have the opportunity to catch a ball in a real game situation. Depending on how the next 3-4 games go, he might get his chance pretty soon.

In the NFL you don't get on the field if you can't show it in practice.

He needs to be cut, not put into game type situations, to see if he is a "gamer".

Once we are solidly out of the playoffs, which is pretty much today, I don't see the harm in giving some of our scrubs playing time. Let Armanti play one game then we can safely dump him. Or maybe lightning strikes and he lights it up.

Rivera's challenge will be to keep this team loose and not get down.

The sad truth is this: He isn't being utilized properly. Put his ass in the slot, and let him do what Welker does. He's faster than Welker and could kill teams on drag routes alone. Name me a LB that can cover him other than maybe Patrick Willis.

Still waiting on a reverse pass for a TD too.

This staff, like the former one is trying to make this guy A Smitty. He's not. Use the players to their strengths. I thought that was covered in Coaching 101

Sad thing is, you think you know more than professional NFL coaches.

Whatever man... This is your site, so you can pretty much say and do whatever u want. U can talk crap to people but then, when they get back at you, you ban them.

I bet you if u put Armanti at the slot He *could be better than Welker. At no point did I say I know more than NFL coaches, but it's common sense. Only problem is it apparently isn't so common based off your last post in which u quoted me.
