Q. What was causing Newton to miss high on a lot of his throws early on?

Chudzinski: “It was probably a combination of a lot of things but it wasn’t all necessarily Cam because again, we were off a little bit on some of the routes and making the connections. And I think some things presented themselves from a coverage standpoint that don’t always come up or hadn’t come up in practice and weren’t able to work on. So with the limited amount of time we’ve had (due to the lockout) I think every game is going to be a learning experience for him and an opportunity to grow. I expect that he will learn from them and be better.”
