We just need more variety in running play calls. I'm tired of shotgun draws. They don't work if you don't get push...go for the misdirections more.

Barry Sanders would look like dog poo trying to run between our tackles. When the play is bounced outside and the first defender misses, Stewart runs more powerfully and bowls people over unlike DeAngelo, picking up the extra yards.

When Stewart is in during dive plays up the middle, he gets the exact same result as Williams. The difference is that Stewart also get counters and screens and Williams gets draw plays.

We put in Williams for obvious running situations, and put in Stewart for the more creative plays.

If you don't believe it, go back and watch the games. If you've done that and still refuse to acknowledge, then you're just being petulant.

And I'm not arguing against Stewart at all, he is an absolutely incredible player. But selling Williams short based on the playcalling isn't fair.

You woulda thought that these coaches could have seen that before we resigned Deangelo to a 40 million dollar extension. The only way that contract benefits this team is it gives us great depth at the position...Love the guy but 40 million is a lot for any running back. Especially a guy that is only getting 10 touches per game. It'd be nice if we were in the hunt at the end of the season and we were wearing teams down with the two of them but I just don't know if I see playoffs in this team's future this year.

I'd say it's part of the reason Turner hasn't been ran into the ground in Atl, even at his age and all the touches they give him.

Lets not mention him on passing plays. Do I really have to go there as well. He's got the ball on passing plays, some drops. At the moment he's not that big play RB. He's not going to break a 30 or 40 yarder. If the talk about defense zoning in on him, how about we bring him in for Stewart to switch it up
