J.Stew Should Be Our Starter

the Scheme has not been working well for DeAngelo, a lot of Dangelo's runs never had a chance even before the ball got to him. there has just been nowhere for him to go.

Our poor running game is due to scheme, not poor running. Why is this so hard to understand?! Chud is not putting our RBs in a position to be successful. Stewart ws used more b/c is is more sturdy & doesn't use cutbacks as much as D-Will. We have 2 awesome backs & a poor rushing scheme. Those who's producing the most gets most the carries and plays. This isn't 2008 where splitting is fine b/c D.Will looks NOTHING like the 2008 D.Will

Stewart is just better.

Sure, a power running scheme with a team leaning on that would make both better......but Stewart is just a better RB now....AND he SHOULD be better than Williams now.

Williams is no longer awesome. not sure why some can't see that. Stewart is still making plays.

honestly Stew is making a lot of plays but there are also many HUGE holes for him. When Dwill is out there, the defense is keyed to him pretty hard.

Would also like to see some screens etc to Dwill.

The crappy blocking has effected Dwill something greatly. Stewart is just a bull that want go down. At this point though I think Stewart is getting most of the snaps.

Same reason NE and a host of other teams don't. they are trying to build a current NFL offense. More options with a TE on the field

Dwill will be fine. Use him in more screens and catching out of the backfield.

Also, with the amount they rotate, the "starter" is kind of irrelevant.

What?! Are you actually watching the games? Did you play football in high school or college? Do you not understand the concept of scheme, run blocking & play calling in general? D-Will has been in while draw plays are being called. Without an effective passing attack, draws will not work. :rolleyes:
