I understand everyone is depressed that Beason and Davis are done for the season, and Godfrey is out tomorrow. Those are big losses.

Let's focus instead on the positives. In the first 2 games, our defensive MVP's are Charles Johnson and Chris Gamble, hands down. Let's see what they can do tomorrow and hope that Pugh can turn in a solid performance as well.

not happy about it at all, but not unexpected.

the league is playing it being better safe than sorry for a good reason. they are brain traumas and can have serious long term effects.

i know players and coaches would probably push to have the guy back out there sooner than they would like, but they have to listen to the third party medical professionals.

that said, at least we have otah back (and no....he won't be playing on defense). we should be ok on both sides of the ball. offense is going to carry the team this week, though.
