It was funny as hell I thought. I think the show will do fine without Michael. Making Andy the new manager makes sense because his personality is close to Michaels. Man I was surprised about Angela and Pam.

You say this so much it sounds like you are trying to convince yourself.

It's still funny and funnier than 80% of what's on TV but I cannot get on board the "funniest" wagon.

I do the same thing with the Simpsons (even though I don't watch it anymore). Whenever these two shows are brought up you get the inevitable "it's not as funny as it used to be" so I like to pre-empt just to be annoying.

I watched it with low expectations and was pleasantly surprised. What you guys who think that the show felt off need to realize is that Spader and Andy are pretty much each half of what Michael Scott was and SHOVE IT UP YOUR BUTT.

Last nights episode was good but you can tell the dynamic is totally different without Michael. I don't know how I feel about Andy as boss. I think his angry side might begin to show up again. Am I wrong or didn't gabe get sent back to Florida?

Jenna Fischer is pregnant in real life, she didn't want to hide it on the show so they just wrote it in, but Angela really surprised me.
