Melvin's is delicious.

There's also a really small place called Cains in White Oak, not far outside of E-Town. Used to get burgers there on my way to scout camp at Camp Bowers as a kid. Those were so delicious.

I'd also like to nominate Cubbie's, but I don't think they exist anymore, which is really a shame.

I haven't had Melvins in a few years. I used to go to White Lake with ex's family every year, but since I got rid of those Crazies I haven't been back. I need to though!
