Because the Panthers are going against Yo Gabba Gabbert in his first career start on the road, and the Ravens did get eaten up by a weak Tennessee team and will be going against a Rams team that can move the ball through the air. If I had to pick one of the two, I'd take Baltimore - but check your waiver wire to see if SD is available first (who are playing against the Chiefs).
