I think it depends on what measure of talent we value waiting near our pick. I could see us moving up two or three spots to make a pick.

Lets say we had our choice of the top player at each position and each position had a player that is hall of fame worthy sitting there. Now using this scenario I would go defensive tackle, a wrecking ball in the middle of the field disrupts both the running and passing game. A top corner or linebacker will be better at one or the other but will not determine the game as the tackle would.

Why is this in the draft forum? This isn't specifically about what the Panthers should draft. This is what positions the Panthers should adddress next season. There's also a thing called free agency and trades....
