Thomas Davis tears ACL

Wow I know he was reaching at the back of his leg but I never expected this. Its sad to say but the man needs to be done for his sake. Just like Morgan before him. I hope he has saved his money well and wish him the best.

something must be structurally wrong with his knee if it keeps tearing, they are suppose to be stronger after surgery not ripping all the time. maybe a genetic defect or something. fixing the acl again may never fix whatever underlying problem there could be. really sucky situation..

I would imagine that Davis knew in his heart that his ACL went again he was just holding out hope that he could play through it and maybe it was something else. Heart of lion that man, I hope he can stay apart of the team some how. I'm all for him trying again if it's what he wants to do. But we can't rely on him being there for us in the future like we did this year.

that's why there's such a talent drain at other positions. The Panthers have been spending too many first rounders on fuging running backs and linebackers. 2 of each in 4 years is lunacy.

The talent drain isn't really there anymore.

Gaither is still decent. Speaks to the depth we have at the position. Could've made it even better by signing a Tatupu or such today, but well..

Could it also be the new rules are putting too much pressure on on D's?
