He was helping with a tackle and his foot was planted underneath him when he got pushed to the ground. You could see it very clearly during replay on TV.

The leg was bent as much as it would go and you could tell it stressed that knee very hard. I think it probably hurt a lot and scared him at the same time.

However, like others have said he was jumping around and came back in. If it was a major issue he would have gone right out in my opinion. I have been thinking of him since I watched it happen on TV yesterday. I'm very fond of him and hope he is around for a long time.

I was just about to ask the same question.

*side note- you know what I hate in threads like this? when people comment on it with no knowledge of the situation and say stuff like "yeah I've been wondering that myself"

... kind of like I just did.

This has also crossed my mind

i've actually been wondering that myself...

..

whats the Thomas Davis situation looking like???

Panthers WLB Thomas Davis will undergo an MRI after leaving Sunday's loss to the Packers with a knee injury.

HC Ron Rivera was mum on Davis' status at his Monday press conference, saying only that Davis was "sore." Losing Davis for any amount of time just one week after losing MLB Jon Beason for the season would be a big blow for a Panthers defense that has gotten shredded in both of its first two games. Considering knee injuries have limited Davis to just nine games since 2008, there's reason to believe the news will be bad.

He looks fine just got a text from my sister who's a nurse s.. she saw him walking out towards elevator perfectly normal with security and she didn't notice anything wrong with him.

I was at the OTA when he injured the knee for the second time. He walked off the field without a limp then too.

More intrested on the expression on his face. You can typically walk fine with an ACL or PCL tear, only thing that is usually painful is lateral movement. If he looks really disappointed, we could be in for some bad news.

Yea nice update but honestly unless she saw him run and tackle somebody him walking normal doesn't really mean anything.
