Now for input on the above mentioned situation. We all or 99.9% of us feel it'd be best to start Gabbert at this point. Luke McClown fails and we know that. Gabbert while he will struggle and prob not match up to Newton, if he starts he'll be a better game manager than McCown.

AND it'd give us a much greater chance to win.

Luke McCown just had one of the worst games ever. He was like 6/19 for 56 yards and threw 4 picks. Gabbert came in and I'd be surprised if he weren't starting.

I'm excited to see them face off.

i dunno, andy dalton has played pretty well since half way through the NYJ game... I don't think that was all our defense, I think part of that was actually him...

honestly though Cam should tear the Jags apart. If we can contain MJD, I think we win no matter which QB starts... but that' might not be easy.

I know its madden but when I played the Jags, Gabbert ran the ball a lot. Is he that athletic? I was thinking that maybe the reason why he ran so much was because they probably have the playbook for Garrard who did run a lot.

its kinda ironic for me the way this season has happened so far and what has happened on my madden. All my nfc south teams went 0-1 my panthers lost to the cards by a td after domininating then when i played the packers i lead all game but ended up loosing by a td after throwing a lot of picks. The nfc south goes 1-1 and we go 0-2. Then i finally win against jacksonville. Jacksonville has gabbert as qb. I don't know if its just chance or madden is that accurate but i find it very ironic that its how the season has went so far. I can see us beating the jags but we will see what happens.

as someone who wanted the panthers to draft Gabbert at one point pre draft, I have this to say:

start the little git so we can show the jags fans what a REAL rookie QB looks like.

A win is the only acceptable outcome this week. I was OK with these last 2 losses, as Arizona was Cam's (and really, the rest of the team's, with the new system) first game and this game was against the defending SB champs. Next week, it is fuging Jacksonville. No excuse to lose.
