So much for the " Pass to set up the Run"!!!!!! If we can get the run

I never believed in that in the first place. I never believed in get Stewart more carries...Williams is rusty.

I always believed the problem was O-line. Too weak to get us penetration up the middle and yet we insist on trying to get our run game going by running up the middle!

Start with bouncing it outside for a few consecutive plays, THEN you might have a chance to get it up the middle once or twice. But consistently up the middle? That's just not gonna happen with this O line. I don't care if Cam throws for 600 next week. It won't happen. I hope Chud's convinced after today.

Neither Williams nor Stewart up the middle is a good idea. Cam up the middle with Stewart in front of him, and another blocker in front of Stewart......yeah....maybe!(which is probably why they were doing this btw, folks)

Can we PLEASE stop this BS? Yes, if we can get the run game going we'll be a much better team. But can we stop acting like we're a step away from being the Patriots? I get it, a Panther QB throwing for 400+ yds is crazy-insane. But don't let it go to your silly little heads. Brees, Brady, Manning, Rivers, Romo, etc. all throw for major yds just about every single game. It's going to take a lot to get wins and beat good teams. Not just get our run game going. What Cam is doing (and very well, mind you), is what NFL QBs DO. We've just been used to the run-first system. We're a passing team now. You'll get used to it. But unstoppable? Good grief, Charlie Brown.

You know what other BS needs to stop? That as a team, our players couldn't possibly compare to those of the likes of the Patriots. I hate how some people think that outside of our star players, that the rest of our team are scrubs compared to other team's guys outside their star players. That's BS!

They have rookies, they have banged up vets, they have mediocre players too. You know the only difference that separates a team like us and a team like the Patriots?

One phrase: Consistent disciplined execution.

That's it. That is the difference between a team like the Patriots, and us or anyone else. Player wise, team wise, and finally when it comes to QB, we have the talent. We do have a rookie QB that will inevitably make mistakes, but with the right coaching, training and practice, week after week, repeating it into our guy's heads how to execute flawlessly at EVERY position, there is no longer a reason why we can't be as good as the Patriots.

this is what I thought we were doing. Problem is, once we set up the run and got the Packers to back off, we kept trying to force the pass.
