We have got to commit to running the ball next week. Don't make Cam carry this team. the running game is just like the passing game...You have to get in a rhythm..Let's see if we have a turnoverless game next week with two hundred yards back, and only make Cam throw it, say, 23 times? And more importantly...the win. We need that bad.

I'd gladly trade 200 or so of Cams Passing yards to give Double Trouble some rushing yards. We just have to run early and run often. Our backs are too talented to not have something happen eventually. We've got three bonafide receiving threats (Smitty, Lafell, Stewart) and if the run game can match their productivity and the D keep at it like they did today we'll be golden.

Honestly the team, IMO, that comes closest to the Panthers is the Eagles. And just like last season while watching the Eagles and Mike V, the reality is, u cannot put an entire game on the back of a QB unless he's as seasoned as Tom Brady because one, he doesn't play both sides and two, every man on a team gets paid to do a job.

It's even more unfair because Cam is one the rookies. And no matter how competitive he is, to tell him to carry a team that won't pull their weight isn't very productive or fair.

Honestly I could see this when we fell behind. He seemed to be forcing it a bit, and wanting to tie it up all on that one play, when he threw a bomb to Naanee.

Gotta love the guy, but he needs to settle down, and take it easy. 10 yards at a time Cam. You will get your W. Relax. Stats, fame, status don't scare him.

An issue that does seem true to me, Cam doesn't want to be known as a scrambling QB. He decided not to run a couple times he should have. Not that he deosn't run at all, but man when you have wheels like he does, use all of your talents! :)

I agree... there was a couple of times today he could have taken off when the pocket was collapsing. I also think Cam is still getting used to the overall speed of the game. I think his scrambling will get better, he seems to get caught up more than I would have thought.
