Steve Smith lost us the game

Uhm no. Both Smith and Cam made stupid mistakes. But I think the 3rd and 1 where Cam decided to take a 3 yard loss, instead of throwing the ball away, leaving us once again 1 yard short of a down on the next play.....cost us the game.

Not to mention 3 interceptions. But it doesn't matter. He'll make up for it next week.

that was on the Chud!

we HAVE to run the ball there 2 straight times and get that 1 yard.

qb sneak, fb blast, hb toss, something! inexcusable playcall

Bad playcalling in the redzone and a couple of blown coverages on defense cost us this game, plain and simple.

4 turn overs against Aaron Rodgers and Green Bay. End of argument.

Spin it any way you want but ask yourself honestly....how often do you expect a win on a day when we turn over the ball 4 times against the defending Superbowl Champs?

That's all that needs to be said.

Yeah, obviously 4 turnovers hurt, and in the end, cost us but only because Green Bay was able to capitalize on them (blown coverages by our D). However, the game was still winnable in the 4th quarter and the playcalling in and around the redzone was "turrible" and cost us this one (turnover on downs from the 6 yard line with 4:07 seconds remaining which lead to Jordy Nelson scoring 2 plays later from 84 yards out to put the game out of reach) (yet another blown coverage). How's that for a spin, Ponchy?

Just need to stop there. But the rest doesn't matter. Nothing after that would have mattered if we never had those turn overs.

4 turn overs, 1 by Smith, 3 by Cam and one bonehead play by Cam on 3rd and 1 that caused another turnover on downs is what cost us the game. The other big issue was field position....we had it bad, we gave them great field position.

Do I blame Cam for most of the turn overs? Yes! Do I also excuse him completely? Of course. For everything except maybe the 3rd down play.

But I'm not going to ignore the facts. It is what it is, and to use Rivera's and Cam's own quotes....."until you do something about it". I expect the coaching staff and Cam to work on this over the coming week so we come away with a W on Sunday.

pretty lol to claim this one play lost the game. we gave up 30 points and committed 3 other turnovers

I guess the point is you expect certain mistakes to be made during a game.

A QB who throws 400 yards a game is going to throw some INTs.

A decent defense is going to give up points to the superbowl champs.

These are NFL mistakes

Steve's play is like dunking on the wrong basket or not knowing which endzone is which. His was a middle-school mistake that should never ever happen.

How bout the holding call at the goalline that nullified a touchdown and only got a FG instead? We would have been able to tie the game up in the 4th qrtr with a FG instead of going for it on 4th down. Stop trying to be smart.
