Cam's rookie mistakes

Recommended Posts

INTs yesterday:

- Threw off of his back foot under pressure

- Overthrew his WR

- Made a bad choice to throw to Smitty on the sidelines when there was coverage over the top and underneath.

The guy threw the ball something like 45 times yesterday. He was asked to carry the team on his back, as both QB AND Runningback.

You ask a >ROOKIE< QB playing in his 2nd NFL game to throw 45 times, carrying his team on his back, against the defending Super Bowl Champions and you get his performance yesterday....I'll take it all day long! Considering he had almost NO HELP from the running game..and from coaches calling plays at times, he did very well...for a rookie playing in his 2nd game!

isn't it funny how the cam haters are forever trying to figure out ways of getting into other people's heads with their twisted logic.

The question is, why do u hate cam so much that u feel u will pretend to like him only when he plays well but as soon as he screws up, u try to put all the blame of a team lose on his back??? Sounds to me that u really don't like cam. U're just tollerating him.

you really need to stop posting. As you know nothing.

I swear, the way most of you react, is borderline childish.

I love the heck out of cam newton. It is exciting to have a qb of his talent and leadership. Every game is exciting....but i can't even talk about his mistakes without a bunch of fugin pussies crying.

Pathetic.

I was one of the biggest opponents to taking Cam.

But, if you cannot see how damn good this guy is....you are a fuging moron.

Cam had us in a position to win that game. He CARRIED this team. He made some rookie mistakes, and that is to be expected. However, the positive plays that this guy makes FAR out weighs those mistakes.

Keep posting.....you look more and more like one of the biggest idiots on this board.

dude....i've been giving cam credit all throughout this thread. So you keep posting how much you think i hate cam, cause it makes you look like the idiot you are claiming i am.

I haven't denied what cam brings us. But keep claiming i'm ignoring how much he has done the last two weeks. Nothing worse than older huddle posters being so biased they can't even have a conversation about cam that doesn't include how much of his cock you can suck!

Maybe i was bit harsh saying he lost us the game....but the 3 interceptions, and his poor decisions in the redzone cry out to me.

All ya want to do is make excuses for him.

I'm not trying to hang cam...was just talking about his mistakes that indeed prevented us from pulling off the upset. Stuff that is all correctable. Mistakes i expect him to learn from, and eliminate is the near future.

He is a damn good qb...and a great leader.

And it's sad that we can't discuss the things he needs to work on to become a great qb. Instead all the worshippers just throw around bullshit "hate" claims.

How old are you anyway? Why don't ya start acting your age.

you're not talking about his mistakes. you're blaming him for the loss. did he cause the false starts/holds in the red zone? was he covering Greg Jennings? did he fumble at the end of a big play?

plenty of blame to go around, but props to you for ignoring everything else and blaming the QB.

Yeah...dispite all those errors by the team, we were still in position in the end of the game to win, credit the team for that too...don't say cam carried the ball the entire game.

Was still in position to win, and his decisions in the redzone did cost us. But good for you not wanting to talk about that objectionally.

more so the play calling. the one mistake he had was on 3 and 1 he took a sack when he should have gotten rid of the ball.but our red zone o looks bad because we cant even get enough push to slam our rbs in the end zone. those 2 throws to naane are timing issues, and him changing directions didnt help.
