A bit unsportsmanlike, maybe. A bit disrespectful, sure. But in the end, it's a fight. What Ortiz did was illegal, but what Mayweather did was completely legal and just showed that his mind was sharp and quick.

Talked to Keith Kizer of NV Commission. Cortez pointed to time keeper and said time in. Punches were legal, according to Kizer.

Yes I know. I was certainly heated as it was so close to call. Either way it was barely legal and a punk move but what can you expect from a man scared to lose his reputation. I also pondered your theory. You may be right man. It just seemed like Ortiz wasn't mad at all. I know I'd be furious as hell if Mayweather threw a sucker punch like that. Also, if you notice Ortiz could have gotten up but he was listening for the count. Around 7 he could have gotten up but he decided to stay down.

What a classless, cheap shot cop out move. Sure you are undefeated but you were scared of losing and took a cheap shot on a guy who was apologizing. What a turd.

Nope not classless. Dude headbutted him and that's the cheapest fuging move in all of boxing. I wish more people would do what Mayweather did when these assholes want to headbutt somebody.

It was def a cheap shot, but the rules are the rules and Ortiz should have known better.

Mayweather is a self-centered SOB, but he is a damn good fighter.
