If John Fox were still here......

Raiders aren't on the same level as NO or Atl. Not even close.

It is a QB driven league.....and they don't have one (or one in training). Once they play some real teams.....that D won't look as good either. Things will change once they start playing w/o Nnamdi taking away half the field for a QB.

Football is always football and games are won and lost in the trenches.

ATL isn't as good as people think, especially outside their dome.

Shall I direct everyone to the "Remember when" thread where everyone thought we were clearly the superior division to the NFC North and every team in that division sucked?

The good times...

Not really....Indy has a one dimensional OL and a one dimensional DL. QB driven league to pass now. oak is built to run and stop the run.

Raiders can't pass......pass D just took a huge blow. Oakland is built like Fox liked teams......NFL today ain't suited for that. oak is built to run and stop the run.....

If you haven't figured out that the Raiders are underrated and the Falcons are overrated by now, I want to be in your FF league.

On topic, Fox would only be here if there had not been a vet purge. And had there not, and had the staff not been lame duck, he would have scrounged out 6-7 wins last year with Moore or Clausen (who we probably wouldn't have drafted). So I'm thinking Matt Moore, and the boards would be talking up Fairley, what a steal he was, and how good he would be someday.
