I like it. The thing on ESPN is now "Cam will be faced with rookie reality".....hmmm....I though he was supposed to face that last week, and in the preseason.

Our offense is going to be the thing keeping us in games this season, which feels soooo weird after the Fox defensive era, but I like it. Our DB's (mainly CB's) need to make a few good plays and we will be in the game.

It kinda feels like we're the "bad guys."

"Oh, those pesky Panthers are showing signs of having a legitimate QB who can make things happen for them? It's OK. Our heroes in Green Bay will show them who's boss!!! slurp slurp slurp"

Cam will be faced with another challenge. This is good. Either he goes out and tears it up the whole/most of the game or he has a bad game that he can learn from. Either way, against one of the better defenses in the NFL, it is a good thing.

Yeah, we're all just silly. LOLZ!!!! I mean, why the fug would fans actually stay somewhat optimistic about going into a game with the defending Super Bowl champions? What we should do is just admit and accept defeat now so we can either be less-pissed if we lose or pleasantly surprised if we win. That's always a great theory.

I have modest expectations for this one. I want to see a competitive game, a steady performance by Cam, a running game, competent D and maybe some Steve Smith magic.
