Pilares to play against Packers?

Gotta keep the Pilares love alive! He's our next big thing. Well, besides Cam. I don't know what it is, but I've just got a feeling about this kid.

have seen nothing to suggest he is the next big thing.

we need to find a way to get LaFell on the field instead of Legadu. Kid can't block and is going to let blitzers in on Sunday....and based on what we have seen Chud is asking him to block and pick up blitzers.

Pilares brings a running back mentality to the WR position. He played 2 yrs as a RB at Hawaii. I believe it will be like giving J. Stewart the ball but past the D-Line. Could be a very interesting weapon. Who knows had he taken that pass from Newton against Arizona we might have at minimum gotten a first down.

Pilares has gotten this unknown hype since the day he was drafted......very few players have the Stewart type skill set. Pilares never showed that at Hawaii.

Hence the "I don't know what it is, but I've got a feeling about this kid" line. But it's all good, there'll be plenty of room for you on his bandwagon when he blows up. Might not be this season, but he will do special things for us.

Haven't read anything in this thread other than the title:

With that said, I would Not let Pilares play for at least a week or two. No need to lose another player to the IR because a player's ego gets in the way. Let him be %100 in his debut. We have enough receivers to pull his weight until or IF* He breaks out
