Ron Fields and Reggie Wells?

Cardinals fan here.

Reggie Wells is a very solid pass blocking guard, who struggles in the run game. His feet are so good, that early in his career there was talk of moving him to LT. He's strictly a finesse player, and in my opinion, a great pick up for you guys.

As for Fields....MAN it was easy running the ball on the Panthers. If Beanie Wells could avoid tripping over his own feet, he easily gets 150 yards rushing. One play, all he had to do was get past the line of scrimmage, and he would've had an easy 50 yard TD. You guys definitely need some help up front, we were absolutely shocked at how easy it was to run, a departure from our past games against the Panthers.

I hate the term bum. They're in the NFL for a reason

...and there must be some stuff we don't know about Tommie Harris or the staff truly thinks he's not a fit for us atm.

I really don't mind either signing. Never realy heard them mentioned by a lot of people here, but hey...its a body and all we can do is root for them and hope for the best. ;)

Does anyone know what the deal with Tommie Harris is. He's only 28, former pro-bowler, that had a good preseason but can get a whiff from a team. There must be something wrong. Can't believed we wouldn't pick him up, makes way to much sense.

I told you four posts above this.

So Hurney has a staff of professional scouts who scour over tons of reports about every guy released and then they talk to guys in the league about who is worth a flier and who is not.

Yet huddlers are more knowledgeable because they googled the name and looked at an internet report or an article here and there.

Why do I trust Hurney and his staff more????

Crazy I guess...... LOL

Conversation overheard between Fox and Hurney;

Hi John, Hurney here hows it going?

Not good Hurn they are already taking about kicking my ass outta here. We want The Golden Calf of Bristol,The Golden Calf of Bristol freaking The Golden Calf of Bristol, that's all I hear. He ain't worth a crap when you have like 3rd and 10. I need a QB that can run the draw in that situation and The Golden Calf of Bristol just can't do it.

Tough break John but Oakland is one of the best teams in the league. By the way John I'm looking for a DT. Any heads up on that?

Well Hurn, it is what it is and it's a game day decision...

Cut the crap John. I'm in a bind here. I need somebody I can skimp on and maybe get a kickback on the signing contract. Since you left they keep a priddy close watch on me and I need the action.

Well you've come to the right place Hurn. You ever heard of this loser named Fields? Not worth a crap but he will do bussiness with you on the contract. Oh by the way, if the fans don't run me outta here you know you can come up here if the fans kick you ass out down there. This Elway guy is a real carp and he likes me. We can reel him in for a couple years. You'll like this place. They don't call it mile high because of the altitude. Oh one more thing, do you know Jakes new number. I keep calling but they say he doesn't live there any more.I swear I hear him giggling in the back ground.
