We're probably not going to stop them but you know what I think would be crazy? What if Cam can somehow do even better than he did Sunday, both D's break down because of our fan base being so loud we frustrate Greenbay into committing too many penalties, and we manage to outscore them in a shoot out?

Regardless of Cam GOD Newton's performance, our defense depresses the hell out of me.

I see a valiant effort by the offense being poo on by abysmal D and ST.

the only thing about our D that leaves me questioning who they really are.....is just about every D in the NFL got flat out abused this week 1.

Any given Sunday...

I expect a tough game. It probably won't be a W. But they are coming here. We have a week to practice and gell some more.

If they game plan for Newton... we might just chew clock with D.Will and Stew and win this old school style.

Agree completely. I expect a tough game, a CHANCE to win, most probably a loss, but most definitely further evidence to have hope for the nearer-future as opposed to the further.

On paper, I agree. But history has taught me otherwise. By week 6 some other team will be considered the best for 2011. All I know is the road to Newton's first Superbowl win in February 2012 is going to be a tough and wild one. We need to remain focused. :sifone:

until proven otherwise, they are the best team in the league.

I read through all 4 pages and I have new found respect for Packers fans....

True....from personal experience (been to Lambeau twice) these are some of the classiest fans on the planet and if you go to the game on Sunday you will see for yourself. We are just so used to seeing the Falcons and Saints trash come through here and thinking all opposing fans are like them, but Packer fans are in their own league.

I don't mind a "L" as long as it's a good fight. If GB leaves spitting teeth on the field, I'll take it as another learning experience that will pay dividends down the road. And if at the end we're on top, so much the better!

Well ... you don't want to overlook anyone, but I think Mr. Newton is going to get an education about blitz schemes in the NFL come Sunday.

This one made me chuckle.. like Arizona didn't blitz on 75% of their plays? Sorry, but I think Cam knows what a blitz looks like by now... sure the Pack is going to have their variation, but to say he needs education? :lol:

I hope we have a strong showing, and hang with them. I'm not predicting a win or a loss, but if we play well and there's some promising plays, that'll be enough for me. This year is all about the positives imo :)
