I like your new ambition to loose weight. Remember though when you start to loose weight quickly at the beginning it is usually water weight. The excess water weight in your body can sometimes range from 5 lbs to 15 lbs depending on mass. So make sure that when it starts to slow down don't get too discouraged. Also dietary supplements are a good way to help burn the weight if you can withstand the increase in caffeine (ie no heart issues). I also find that most weight lifting supplements are a great way to burn fat. No matter how hard men diet you still have to get a certain amount of physical exercise to offset the loss in food intake. Starvation is never the solution.
