Can Steve Smith break 10,000 career yards this season?

He currently has 9,062 recieving yards for his career. With Cam he needs to have 1,116 total recieving yards to get it this year. What are the odds?

I think if he stays healthy he'll get it.

he has 15 games to get 938 yards. He could do it, but it wouldn't be easy.

I think the TEs/RBs/threat of Newton running will create enough of a dynamic for Cam to get him the ball on a consistent basis.

All he needs is 62.533 yards a game the rest of the season. That's one bomb every Sunday.

this is pretty much what i'm thinking. besides it's steve fckin smith. i expect him to get 150 yrds every game. lol

He will get it. #89 is back! Dude aint lost no steps.

Still got it. Still got all of it. I still maintain when he has a capable quarterback he's just as hard if not harder to defend than anyone in this league.

Knows how to get open.

Fights for the ball with the best of them.

More intense than any WR in the league.

Still got the speed.

Rarely drops the ball.

I want a great last 4-5 years and a Super Bowl before he retires so he can have a chance at the Hall.

Not sure. Smitty hasn't had a 1,000 yard season since 08. He'll need to be consistent, but I think Cam is gonna share the ball more than our past QB's. 2012 is a safer bet, but it's not a longshot.

Smitty hasn't had a QB worth a poo since 2008. It was never his fault. I mean it might be close but I think it's 70-30 he will. Someone said he only has to average 65 yards a game the rest of the season? He won't have many games where he has much less than that. But he will likely have 2-3 over 130 or so IMO.
