I don't think it was unfortunate. Beason has been made a martyr by his team mates who know if he can go all out and cares enough to risk it all, their scrub asses better also.

I think there is enough of a mix of talent on offense (QB, TE, WR, RB) that there can be explosive plays every week pending what poison a team wants to pick. No defense can gameplan to take Smitty, Olsen, Double Trouble, and Cam all out of the game.....not with an OC that flat out wants to attack. We will have to shot ourselves in the foot and not execute.

The offense has enough weapons to be serviceable its the defense and the defensive playcalling i am worried about.....McD made at least 4-5 completely bonehead playcalls yesterday

Thats the exact way I took it from the story. Go all out and when the dust settles, you know you gave your all.
