How many people wanted McNabb and wanted him to start?

I'll fess up to that. I didn't come around to Cam until about 3 weeks before the draft. I always liked him, but thought we needed AJ Green more and could snag McNabb until we could find a permanent solution.

Honestly it's weird: the first time I'm ever wrong, and I'm actually thrilled about it.

the defense played well.. I question anyone saying otherwise unless they actually want to breakdown plays instead of being fanatics (neurotic) and making blanketed, fabricated statements that hold no water..

I heard a caller today talk about he's tired of watching our defense.. he's just had it. really?! we played one game, lolz.. people watch a tv screen and assume they know how to decipher a play.. it's hilarious.. he also said we need a 380lb DT because we can't stop the run.. lolz again.. we did a good job stopping the run. they got good runs when we expected pass, nature of hte game.. get a fuggin clue..

The Cardinals averaged 4 yard per carry, much better than the Panthers did, and Kolb had a great game. Even if the defense is sufficient on 90% of the plays, if you get beat deep multiple times in a game, it's ultimately a failure.

Also, if you're going to say that the offense played great and the defense played great, well why did we lose the game? Am I too assume you all think the Cardinals are just that good?

It's easy to sit here and smile and say things are great but in reality we're 0-1 with the Super Bowl champions coming to town.

why does someone have to "bring us down to earth"? Why can't we be happy about our team for a f**king change? Yes we know what needs to be fixed. You didn't have to point that out in your dumb thread you made. But I'll be happy as hell right now that we finally have a franchise QB and anyone that tries to bring me down can kiss my ass!

there is a difference between making a blanketed/general statement while ignoring the few key plays that had to do with playcalling and not the personnel on the field..

"our defense sucks" doesn't explain the scenario that occurred last night.. rarely are things one extreme or the other like many fans who live in ignorance like to use..

    • BB building a NFL caliber program. We training entirely different. The guys we had this year will be stronger, smarter, faster. The transfers are coming.    Im more worried about the QB position. We have to hit on that guy.
    • https://www.thescore.com/nhl/news/3162765/report-forsberg-vejmelka-vladar-on-hurricanes-radar The Carolina Hurricanes are eyeing a trio of goaltenders to fortify their depth between the pipes. Ottawa's Anton Forsberg, Utah's Karel Vejmelka, and Calgary's Dan Vladar are on Carolina's radar, reports The Athletic's Pierre LeBrun. However, none of those teams are in sell mode yet and might not be at all depending on how their seasons go, LeBrun notes. All three goalies are pending unrestricted free agents. Forsberg has posted an .889 save percentage in 11 games with the Senators this campaign as Linus Ullmark's backup. The 32-year-old journeyman previously spent time in Raleigh during in 2019-20. Vejmelka has emerged as Utah's starter this season, registering a sparkling .915 save percentage in 17 appearances. Vladar has struggled with an .885 save percentage in 16 games while sharing the Flames' crease with Dustin Wolf. The Canes also reportedly spoke to the Anaheim Ducks about John Gibson after missing out on Mackenzie Blackwood, who was dealt to the Colorado Avalanche on Dec. 9. Pyotr Kochetkov has struggled with an .895 save percentage in 18 games as Carolina's No. 1 goalie this season. Veteran netminder Frederik Andersen hasn't played since October and was given an eight-week timeline after undergoing knee surgery in late November.
    • I haven’t seen him play, but if he doesn’t get separation and he’s slow, that doesn’t sound like a top 5 WR
