Hardy & Johnson played a great game. Suprisingly, the DTs (McClain & company) did okay too...better as the game went on. They did better than I expected, but not as good as I'd like to see. The good thing is they have high ceilings.

I know, Hardy was all up in Kolb's grill all day. Imagine if Fox had used him as an every down DE. But I'm excited to think about what he and Johnson will be like when they both get a little saltier.

Imagine this defense in the second half of the season when they really get comfortable. They did ok today with a few major screwups/blown plays that cost them a victory. They did a lot better than I thought they would especially against the run.
