The defense needs changes. Lots of them. From play calling to personnel. Other than that though, I'm excited about Panther football again.

How was that a horrible play call? There were like 3 people in the end zone and Goodson was underneath which would draw coverage away from the deeper guys. Was just a rookie mistake by Cam not throwing to the end zone.

Obviously being an Auburn fan, I'm new to the Panthers and really wasn't aware of the situation here personel-wise. Was a little surprised with the secondary and special teams play. I reckon that will improve as the season progresses. The O-line was a little too easy to penetrate I think at times. As that improves then Cam will have lanes to escape through but honestly, when their coverage was good Cam really had no escape routes to exploit today. When he does have them... he will make people pay.

Panthers fans have a lot to look forward to and that is for sure!

imo that playcall and pass selection shoulda happened on 3rd down.
