Need help! 1st date in over twenty years.....

If you have to put so much thought and preparation into a date you shouldn't probably be with that person.

Be yourself. Dress like yourself. Act like yourself. If he likes that, you are golden.

You've never had a 20+-year interruption between "first dates," and being "older" (she's not really old!) adds to the nervousness. Even if she's comfortable with him after their internet and telephone interaction, meeting him for the first time in person can still be stressful. It's only natural.

But, I agree ... being, dressing and acting like yourself is the best advice.

I will need very detailed directions.............I don't do well with directions but that might just be that around here they say go down yonder and take the fork in the road and when you see the big tree take a right??? Bless 'Em got to love livin in the boondocks!!:D
