Did you notice in the 2nd article that he did the same with Captain? I didn't know that before.

Good find.

Some opinions on the Patriots fan forum:

I was hoping he could finally put it all together. The skills are there, but for whatever reason he never seams to be able to make plays on the ball. On a positive note, this must mean that Arrington's injury must not be serious.

I am bit suprised. From the few pre-season games I saw he wasn't terrible.

Oh well, another wasted draft pick down the tubes.

Thank God, an awful player !

He sucked last year, in training camp he was getting smoked by Barnes and Ross. In the 1st preseason game the 3rd string Jags were owning him. Yet there were still tons of people of this site who thought he was playing well. LOL !

I watched DB from day 1 at UConn and I'll tell you that the problems he had here, he had there. He struggled to make a play on the ball when he had to turn and run with the wr.

I was, and still will be, a fan of his because of who he is as a person, not just a football player. I'm sorry it did not work out for him in NE and wish him well.

I was excited when he first came here and he did show burst of promise. But time showed he couldn't string it all together and play consistently at a high enough level. Still kinda sad that he didn't develop enough because he seems like nice person, the kind I root for to make it big.
