David Garrard Anyone?

What a silly response and argument, our LB core is stacked. Your point is moot.

Are you seriously saying our QB core is stacked? Because it's not. Consists of 1 rookie that hasn't done anything yet, 1 2nd year guy that is useless and one pro-bowl guy that hasn't done anything since the pro bowl.

Adding depth is not a bad thing at a position that isn't a strength..

The point is that we can't just sign every player we want, like they automatically want to come here. Carolina would be about 20th on Garrard's list as far as what is best for his career.

Not about Moore, Henne has been lights out this preseason once they got rid of Henning.

They also picked up that dude from D2 or 3 that everyone was very high on until he slept through his workout.

Granted it's all preseason, but they are a very unlikely team.

aight...You probably know more bout Miami than me anyway

I'll then say 49ers & Skins

Read the ESPN article on Garrard. He was ripping his offensive line on TV, blamed his WR for overthrows and interceptions, and in return the team decided to not vote him as a caption. On top of that, Garrard was told by the owner he needed to do more and Del Rio has always called him mediocre and needed to step up his game. The guy was a product of team sleeping on him. Its funny how every year late in the season he collapsed. If he played in Dallas or New York he would be crucified for his performance but because he is in Jacksonville, the smallest market team in terms of tv and radio play in the league, he gets a pass like he was good.

Mercedes Lewis may be the best all around TE in the league and Garrard just recently found out he can catch. Jones-Drew may be the best all around RB in the league so teams key in on him, and Garrard still did not impress. He had one good year. He saved us 9 million though this year by cutting him. The Jaguars were happy to get rid of him, we didn't reach out to any teams at all to trade him.

How many of your posts reference the media?

Guarantee that with your media references and lack of football knowledge, including but not limited to referencing innings in a football game and not knowing what JV is, I'd say that encompasses 100% of your posts.

Hmmm...well, since I've only stuck to the PRO level of football from a superficial standpoint and never really followed the other levels of the game, forgive me for not recognizing the initials JV. Wow...Show off aren't we....and a condescending one at that.

I can tell u're a typical testosterone filled man...

I'm sure they could have masked the locker room presence to field some trades for this guy. I don't understand the release. I would have at least listened to some offers.

Maybe the Jaguars are hoping Garrard will get picked up by the Colts and help us finish with a better record than them.

I just don't get why you have a sick obsession with the media, that's all.

You've made your point, it's the same on all things, the media hates Cam and loves Gabbert, which has been proven false over and over again.

Make a new point or move along.

Not one QB in the NFL that is good enough to start is going to come here.

We're stuck with Cam, for better or worse.

If Brady, Rodgers, and Manning all come available, we will not sign any of them nor would they want to sign here.

Wow...Aren't we doom and gloom. Is easy to want those who have already succeed than to work on building ur own successful QB. No one really knew how successful Brady, Manning and rodgers was going to be when they were rookies, but they were given a chances.

Today, we want to play fortune-tellers with these QBs. Forgetting that those who we are now talking about and idolizing had to tumble and bumble their way through their careers until they got it.
