David Garrard Anyone?

I've always been a Garrard fan since I was a teenager and he was tearing it up at ECU... Also even bigger fan of him since his bout with Crohn's as my sister has that as well.

I would love to bring him in as a better backup option over Anderson, but honestly, at this point, I'm excited about seeing Cam develop as the starter - both good and bad (but definitely more good, A LOT MORE :lol:).

I'd still love to have him come in as an alternative to Anderson, but I don't see that happening and I think he can still be a really good starter elsewhere.

Well if he really lost his job to Blaine as some are assuming, I would really doubt he would out do Cam. For despite what those in the media want the world to believe, Cam is a much better QB than Blaine.

Not about Moore, Henne has been lights out this preseason once they got rid of Henning.

They also picked up that dude from D2 or 3 that everyone was very high on until he slept through his workout.

Granted it's all preseason, but they are a very unlikely team.

Definitely a pickup Seattle, San Fran, Buffalo, or Washington should make. Not really a necessary amenity for us...even though you guys are tremendously underrating him and his pretty solid career...he may not be a winner but look at the pooty squads Jax has put together and their atrocious offensive line play.

Are you seriously saying our QB core is stacked? Because it's not. Consists of 1 rookie that hasn't done anything yet, 1 2nd year guy that is useless and one pro-bowl guy that hasn't done anything since the pro bowl.

Adding depth is not a bad thing at a position that isn't a strength..

I have to laugh...Over in Jaguar land, the media and most of their fans are all a twitter over wanting to start Blaine over David, even thou his preseason wasn't anything to sneeze at. But over in Panther land, they expect their young rookie to play like a pro even thou many of the pros themselves haven't played that well during the preseason thanks to the shortened practice time and no OTA. Nope, the media doesn't influence the preception of these athletes at all.
