Marijuana stays in your system for roughly 30 days. If it's just one of those piss in the cup & dip a color stick in it tests you should be okay with drinking plenty of water. But if your sample is getting sent to an actual labratory then, well, LOL @ you.

Don't have to worry about it any more, but i've done the detox drinks and also smuggled in a clean sample.

For the drink follow the directions, and take a very long piss before you give your sample. You'll know it. It will be the one that has the volume of all the liquids you drank and then some all at once.

When I smuggled in a sample I used a small bottle. Travel shampoo size made of somewhat thin plastic. I had frozen it for use so when the time came I ran the hottest water i could get out of the sink to thaw it. Then I drove the 30 minutes to the clinic with the bottle under my sac. It worked perfectly, and cost much less than the detox drink. One thing I didn't see mentioned about this method....Get a sample from the same sex. You don't want them finding estrogen if you are a dude.

i have friends that take niacin to flush it out. Just an over the counter supplement. It's supposed to make you burn on the inside if you do it right. If you have a high metabolism just drink water like crazy
