For a big guy, he isn't the most dominant run blocker there is. That said he had a pretty good 2008 when he actually got to start regularly and even started well in 2009. Since then he's been in and out of line-ups and had erratic (some very good some bad) performances.

Bit surprised he was released by the Bengals after they signed him recently...

He is a definite upgrade over Bernadeau, and if we can get some of that 2008 potential out of him this would be a great pickup. If he stays healthy...
