I called that! I love this coaching staff. They do stuff that makes sense. You could never tell what the previous coaching staff would do because most of the time they made moves that didn't make sense.

Jason Peter at least played, and the Panthers didn't give up as much for him. He also had talent. His career ended because of a heroin addiction.

Everette Brown was too costly, didn't have any talent coming in, was drafted out of desperation (Peppers holdout), and had major consequences for the future of the team. Do yourself a favor and don't look at who was available when the Panthers would have drafted in 2010.

If I recall correctly, both Mitch Marrow and Chuck Wiley were drafted with a fellow by the name of Leonard Little still on the board.

That was pre-Hurney, of course.
