Difference between David Carr and Cam Newton is that Cam has at least a decent o-line, and can move around the field more. David Carr never had that, and got sacked around a billion times when he was with Houston.

Well, history in the short term doesn't look that great, but take a look at the list of first round picks for the panthers since existance. Looking at it this way, history looks much more to his advantage.

I will not judge Cam in this game, or any other games this season by his win's and losses... I don't even care as much about stats. For me it's going to be watching him and looking to see how good he does or doesn't perform
