I was under the impression that real fans do not have a problem being called a "Homer". Optimism is what it is all about. Illusions of Grandeur, greener passes, and the skies the lemon. Works for fans of bad teams that are improving, or good teams that are established.

No one is going to dent my giddy. I am going to ejoin this season for what it was. Groin pains that lead to the promised lamb.

Giddy is as Giddy does. And GOOOOO PANTHERS!!!!!!!!!!

The vast majority of our fanbase feels the way you do. Its a very optimistic time right now in Pantherland. You've got a vocal minority that feels they are entitled to things because they've been spoiled for so long, but as the season progresses and the months turn to years, their howls and screams will fall on deaf ears.

I don't care if other people are more excited or enthusiastic or positive about this season than I am, but I think we all have a right to voice our opinions and talk about them. I try not to question anyone's "fanhood" because of what they post on a message board.

You do have a right to your opinion. And I believe you do it rather well. Keep em' coming. I do not believe you have anything to worry over.

Thank you for reinforcing what I posted. Go look at my posts. I've never said that Cam couldn't be a good player. In fact, I've said the direct opposite. Yet you chose to think that anybody that wasn't in lockstep with those who would let Cam fug their significant other so long as they could be in the money shot giving a thumbs up to the camera are saying that he won't be a good player. Bravo. I guess this is where I'm supposed to post a funny gif, but seeing as how most of those people would be prime candidates for testing Listerine's new line of Shotgun-flavored mouth wash (find it in the guns & ammo section of Wal-Mart!), I'd rather not.
