No I'm not familiar. Having sex in an outdoor public place is technically illegal everywhere I'm pretty sure. I could look it up but I'm watching the Braves game and drinking Oatmeal stout atm so I'm lacking in motivation.

I did look it up, but couldn't find the specific law for New Mexico. However, what I did find is that in some states, the law is quite specific. That any exposure of the genitals is indecent exposure. But in other states, there has to be an intent to offend, ie stripping off nekkid and going at it at a football game.
