I have noticed a common theme amount restaurants like Moes. When you use a credit card, there is a line for a tip. Today, I went to Roly Poly sandwich shop and walked up to the counter, ordered a sandwich, chips and a fountain drink. I got my own chips, filled my own drink, and when i heard my name, got my food.

I've actually been told by people at more than one restaurant like this that they don't even receive the tips! I'm sure every restaurant isn't like that, but I've never tipped at fast casual restaurants since then. I rarely did before, but I would sometimes give a dollar if the person taking my order was very friendly.
