#Panthers awarded RB Jerome Felton off waivers from Lions, beat out claims from Minnesota and Philadelphia.

Another silver lining for having the worst record last season. We get first dibs on waived players. After the teams slash their rosters in a few days, we may find a few more gems and get first claims on them.

Felton was a beast in college. He was on the wrong team in Detroit since they really don't use the FB
