There is definitely an increased risk of injury, but as a few analyst have said. NFL DB's don't want to tackle Cam Newton and will shy away from it. I think you'll see a large amount of arm tackle attempts and so forth from DB's.

Almost every single thing he posts is anti-Cam Newton. There is a big difference in making fun of Cam-huggers and straight up bashing our starting QB every single day. It gets old.

I've said several times that he is not a Panthers fan... it's pretty obvious. Well, thankfully those who are in the position to name mods are smart enough to see that.

I think he has unique gifts other than being a runner which he should utilize to be successful.

I don't mind him running/scrambling, but to think it doesn't come with an increased risk of injury just because he is big is silly.

He's not a team player like you or I. Jimmy was my QB. 1st round pick is a QB who is a Panther who I will likely build up instead of tear down because he plays for MY TEAM.

It's only logical that the more hits you take, the higher chance of injury you have.

I wasn't talking about all DB's, but I'd wager a large amount of DB's "especially CB's" don't want to tackle Cam.

Daunte Culpepper wasn't exactly small. Definitely bigger than Chris Gamble, but who took out who?

If small DBs think he's too big to hit straight up, where do you think they'll aim?

Look up how many games Michael Vick has missed due to injury compared to guys like Peyton Manning and Tom Brady.
