some teams will look at a player and if he doesn't look to fit right away and show that potential.......they part with them

Teams that keep thinking players will turn around and be something different....rarely are right. Players need time to develop and polish themselves.....but if given a chance most show you early if they are worth keeping to be polished.

Jimmy was a projected Top 10 pick..It was an incredible value pick at a position of need...I don't think it had anything to do with Mel Kiper.
