I do the same thing but I wouldn't really call what I do with the other hand "work"

This is what I have. It works like a charm and a simple press of the home button and it's displaying the time, date & temperature.

I have posted a few times this week during work hours but that's just because I'm so freaking mad about steeler fans, our RG, CB, and d-line situations. It's unhealthy to make sales calls when you are pissed off and the huddle helps eliminate that sometimes.

inexplicably, firefox portable installed on a flash drive will bypass a lot of blocked sites.

No idea why.

If memory serves, you and I work for the same company. I seriously doubt it would work, based on the type of blocking that we use. Generally speaking, something like that would only work if the list of blocked sites resides on your laptop or pc. If the sites are being blocked by a proxy, and the proxy is the only internet access point, it wont work.
