Yeah, I don't see a huge difference between telling someone their thoughts and opinions are one of an idiot or just telling the person he's an idiot outright.

Not worded that way, there isn't because it references the person directly.

But saying an idea is wrong, bad or dumb doesn't equate to saying the person is a moron. Even smart people can still say and do dumb things (Bobby Beathard drafting Ryan Leaf, for example).

I just got a message from a user that said: "suck me off like your mom did, n*gger" - except he said the real word.

If this guy isn't banned, the new rules are a joke.

Technically, the rule emphasis is Panthers Forum only.

Don't know that it will be applied to PMs or rep comments.

This is good to know. So next time I want to make a homophobic, racist slur...I'll just do it on a visitor message.

But please God no one call someone an "idiot" or a "crybaby" in a thread...lol
