Honestly don't think that they will. He is still in his rookie contract I believe and I think he is good as a rotational 3rd down rusher.

But but but... He got beat by a rookie in a very important preseason game. If we are using that logic The Panthers only have a couple og players left the rest should be cut.

Either you're part of his posse or you're living in a different year than the current one.

The only one that's true in 2011 is the last one, and it hurts less than paying some of these re-signed Panthers more than they were worth (Charles Johnson). Besides, some of these guys you can pick up for cheap after they're cut will be better than this scrub.

Profootballfocus did a very good analytical piece that showed where Gamble ranked among other top CB's, but I can't seem to find it.
