I just hate for the kid to get shellshocked waiting for the rest of the team to gel.

He's a big boy, though, and this is what he signed up for, so hopefully he can handle it.

I still think he is going to be a terrific QB when all is said and done. A lot of his problems now seem to be timing, i.e. learning when the receivers will become open. He'll get it down.

no, he's not "ready". no rookie QB is "ready". some just fail less than others. Cam is no exception. I just hope he plays a little better each week if does end up starting.
