We have chemistry alright, unfortunately it's the same type of chemistry that leads to meth lab explosions.

Oline chemistry has just as much to do with communication with the QB, solid counts, and the QB reading the defense and letting them know what's going on. Cam can't do any of that yet, and isn't expected to. The Oline will struggle until they work it out. Olines usually don't do well at the beginning of the year until they figure it out anyway (unless there's little change and the same QB). Remember all of our sacks last year in pre-season? it wasn't because we were awesome.

Never understood the hype for Gross. He was a good RT, but still is a subpar LT.

In 2008 (when the line was at its best) our Offensive Line even made Jake look good. I've no doubt once all the players get back we will be fine.

Gross does seem to start off slow every year, well honestly, our line seems to suck early every year.
