who the fug thinks this year is going to be pretty? I swear to god I'm going to make some of you feel even more worthless than usual...

"Pretty", like I have intimated before" is relative. If anyone thought we were going to look like Gabrielle Union this year, that's their problem. We looked like Madea last year. Now I was hoping we'd at least get to a Venus Williams (not as pretty as lil sis) level this year, but we looked like Flavor Flav last night.

In other words, we looked like Rosie last year. Thought we could at least make it to an America Fererra (Ugly Betty) this year, but we looked like Susan Boyle last night.

But, again, it's all relative.

If we parlay a bad season into a herschel walker type deal, we will be in the same position....without a decent QB on this team.

Newton has so far to go, that we have no idea whether he will be good. He has performed worse than any other QB from this draft.

Dalton had a 30.9 rating going into last nights game. Our D made him look other wordly nothing else.

Hey, at least the Bengals had to punt a few times. Last year, the offense couldn't stay on the field, this year, the defense will be out there even longer, and it's their fault this time.

my 5-11 prediction is starting to look like wishful thinking.

i reserve the right to modify it to 3-13 at this time.

my biggest worry going into the season, cam newton, i'm not so much worried about anymore. he'll make rookie mistakes, sure, and i imagine he'll throw more int's than td's but also expect he'll rush for more td's than he throws.

the thing i was most excited about was a rivera defense. we obviously just don't have very good players on that side of the ball at all. our DT's are the joke of the league.
